Almond Poppyseed Muffins Recipe

Makes 24 muffins

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups flour
  • 2 1/4 cups sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 cups vegetable oil
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp almond extract
  • 1 1/2 tbsp poppyseeds


Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
2. Grease or use muffin papers to line 2 12-cup muffin tins.
3. Combine flour, sugar baking powder, and salt.
4. In another bowl whisk oil, milk, eggs and extract until smooth.
5. Add dry ingredients mixing until moist.
6. Gently stir in all the poppyseeds.
7. Fill muffin tins and bake for 30 minutes.
