Almond-Poppy Muffins Recipe - Printable Version

Makes 24 muffins



1. Preheat oven to 400 F.
2. Beat egg, salt and sugar until light and fluffy.
3. Add oil in a stream and continue beating.
4. Beat in milk.
5. Sift flour and baking powder together several times and add to batter, stirring until just mixed.
6. Add nuts and poppy seeds.
7. Bake in greased muffin tins for 20 to 25 minutes.
