Cream of Mushroom Soup Recipe

Serves 4


  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 3 1/2 cup water
  • 3 low sodium chicken
  • Bouillon cubes
  • 1 cup finely chopped fresh
  • Mushrooms
  • 3/4 cup skim milk
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp onion powder


1. Stir cornstarch into water and heat until boiling.
2. Stir in bouillon cubes until dissolved.
3. Add chopped mushrooms to mixture and simmer for 20 minutes.
4. Add skim milk, pepper and onion powder.
5. Heat only until hot.
