Muffins (Using Biscuit Mix) Recipe

Makes 8 muffins

135 Calories per Muffin.

Ingredients:

  • 1 3/4 cup biscuit mix (see recipe)
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1 large egg


Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 400F (hot). Lightly crease muffin tins.
2. Stir mix and sugar together.
3. Mix water and egg thoroughly; add to mix and sugar. Stir until dry ingredients are barely moistened. Batter will be lumpy.
4. Fill muffin tins two-thirds full.
5. Bake until lightly browned--about 20 minutes.
