One Pan Meal Recipe

Serves 4

Per Serving: 354 calories, 5.5 gm fat, 14% calories from fat, 1302 mg sodium.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 small green pepper
  • 1 can (16 oz) green beans
  • 1 can (16 oz) diced potatoes
  • 1 can (16 oz) stewed tomatoes
  • 1 can tomato soup


  • Instructions:

    1. Brown turkey in skillet.
    2. Pour browned turkey into Dutch oven.
    3. Add chopped onion and chopped green pepper.
    4. Mix in green beans, diced potatoes, stewed tomatoes, can of tomato soup.
    5. Heat until warm through.
    6. Salt and pepper to taste.
