Lemon Turkey Tenderloins Master Recipe Recipe
Serves 4 Ingredients: 1/4 cup olive oil
1 tbsp lemon pepper
4 turkey (8 oz) tenderloins
Barnaise sauce or salsa
Capers, drained
Instructions: 1. In small bowl combine oil and lemon pepper.
2. Brush mixture on tenderloins.
3. Refrigerate, covered, for 20 minutes.
4. Heat broiler; broil tenderloins 5" from heat until no longer pink and juices run clear (15-20 min total), turning once.
5. To Serve: Slice 2 tenderloins 1/2" thick and top with Barnaise sauce or favorite salsa.
6. Reserve and refrigerate remaining tenderloins for Turkey Vegetable Stroganoff.
7. For an easy Barnaise Sauce, prepare 1 0.9 oz pkg Barnaise Sauce Mix according to package directions.
8. Spoon over turkey, garnish with capers.
