Fresh Herb Turkey Loaf Recipe

Serves 6

Ingredients:

  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/3 cup celery, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley
  • 1/2 tsp basil
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 lb ground turkey breast, skinned


  • Instructions:

    1. Preheat oven to 350F.
    2. In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients except turkey.
    3. Add turkey and mix well.
    4. Mold turkey mixture into a loaf pan.
    5. Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until no longer pink.
    6. Remove from oven, pat dry with paper towel, and cut into 6 slices.
