Campbell's Turkey Tetrazzini Recipe

Serves 4

Ingredients:

  • 1 can Campbell's cream of mushroom soup, or cream of potato
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup grated parmasan
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup sour cream, or low-fat sour cream
  • 1 1/2 cup cooked turkey (or chicken), cubed
  • 1 or 2 small zucchini, cut in half lengthwise and thinly sliced (about a cup)
  • 1 1/2 cup cooked spaghetti (3 oz dry), or sphagettini


  • Instructions:

    1. In a large bowl, combine soup, milk, parmasan cheese, onion and sour cream.
    2. Stir in turkey and zucchini.
    3. Add spaghetti; toss gently to coat.
    4. Spoon into 1-1/2 quart baking dish or casserole.
    5. Bake at 375F for 30 mins or until hot and bubbling.
    6. Serve with additional Parmesan cheese if desired.
