Braised Turkey with Gravy Recipe

Serves 2

This will make 2 servings of about 3 ounces turkey and 1/4 cup gravy each. 186 calories per serving

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1/2 cup turkey cooking liquid (from braised turkey drumsticks)
  • 6 oz braised turkey


  • Instructions:

    1. Mix flour and water until smooth.
    2. Stir into turkey cooking liquid.
    3. Cook stirring constantly, until thickened, about 2 minutes.
    4. Serve over braised turkey.
