Sausage Cabbage Soup Recipe

Serves 8


  • 1 lb Italian sausage
  • Water
  • 2 onions, diced
  • 2 bouillon cube
  • 1 garlic clove, diced
  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • Spaghetti sauce
  • 1 cabbage, sliced


1. Brown Italian sausage, diced onions and 1 clove diced garlic.
2. Add spaghetti sauce, water, bouillon cube, sliced zucchini, sliced cabbage.
3. Cook until cabbage is soft.
4. Taste, and add more water is tomato flavor is too strong.
5. Serve with freshly grated Parmesan or Romano cheese.
