Sausage Broccoli Chowder RecipeServes 3 Ingredients:Instructions:1. Drain corn, reserve liquid.2. In Dutch oven, over medium heat brown sausage; remove; drain. 3. In drippings saute celery, onion and red pepper for 3 minutes. 4. Add corn liquid, potatoes and broth. 5. Bring to boil, simmr for 5 minutes. 6. Add broccoli, simmer. 7. Blend soup with cream, stir into soup, do not boil. 8. Serve with fresh bread and butter. |
