Sausage Corn Muffins Recipe

Makes 18 muffins

Ingredients:

  • 2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup cornmeal
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1/2 lb bulk pork sausage


  • Instructions:

    1. Combine first 5 ingredients.
    2. Mix in rest of ingredients.
    3. Spoon batter into greased muffin pan, filling 2/3 full.
    4. Bake at 425 for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
