Cheesy Sausage Muffins Recipe

Makes 24 muffins

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 lb pork sausage, cooked and drained
  • 3 oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup green onion
  • 1 cup bisquick baking mix
  • 2 egg
  • 2/3 cup milk


Instructions:

1. Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl; make a well in center of mixture.
2. Combine eggs, and milk; add to sausage mixture, stirring just until moistened.
3. Spoon into greased miniature muffin pans, filling 3/4 full.
4. Bake at 350 for 35-40 min Remove from pan immediately.
