Pork Slices with Noodles Recipe

Serves 2

Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2/3 lb pork
  • 1" piece ginger
  • 4 oz potato
  • 1 lb green onion
  • Vegetable oil
  • 8 cups chicken stock or water
  • Greens, according to taste (for garnish)


  • Instructions:

    1. Slice the meat, potato and ginger. 2. Mix the ribs with salt, soy sauce and black pepper and let stand for 5 mins.
    3. Stir-fry the mix with green onion for 7 mins.
    4. Boil the noodles in chicken stock or water with a little salt. Add the greens in the last 4 mins.
    5. Serve meat over the noodles.
