Pork Slices with Noodles Recipe
Serves 2 Ingredients: 1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp soy sauce
2/3 lb pork
1" piece ginger
4 oz potato
1 lb green onion
Vegetable oil
8 cups chicken stock or water
Greens, according to taste (for garnish)
Instructions: 1. Slice the meat, potato and ginger.
2. Mix the ribs with salt, soy sauce and black pepper and let stand for 5 mins.
3. Stir-fry the mix with green onion for 7 mins.
4. Boil the noodles in chicken stock or water with a little salt. Add the greens in the last 4 mins.
5. Serve meat over the noodles.
