Breakfast Muffins Recipe
Instructions:1. Beat egg until light.
2. Add sugar, sour cream, shortening and mustard; stir well.
3. Add dry ingredients; stir just until moistened; do not overbeat.
4. Gently, stir in ham and cheese.
5. Fill greased muffin tins 3/4 full.
6. Bake @ 400 degrees 20 to 25 minutes.
