Chinese Pork Ribs with Noodles Recipe
Instructions:1. Mix the ribs with salt, sugar, soy sauce and black pepper and let stand for 30 mins.
2. Whisk the flour and egg yolk together and pour over the rib. Roll in starch powder or breadcrumbs to coat.
3. Fry the ribs until golden.
4. Stir-fry the green onion with a little oil.
5. Boil the noodles in chicken stock or water with a little salt.
6. Serve ribs over the noodles and green onion.
