Cheesy Sausage Muffins Recipe

Makes 24 muffins

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 lb ground pork sausage, drained
  • 3 oz cream cheese, cubed
  • 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 cup bisquick
  • 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
  • 2/3 cup milk


  • Instructions:

    1. Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl; make a well in center of mixture.
    2. Combine eggs, and milk; add to sausage mixture, stirring just until moistened.
    3. Spoon into greased miniature muffin pans, filling 3/4 full.
    4. Bake at 350 F for 35 to 40 minutes. Remove from pan immediately.
