Tandoori Chicken Recipe
Serves 6 to 8 Ingredients: 6-8 chicken breasts, skinned, and boned
16 oz nonfat yogurt
1 tbsp ground cumin
2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground cloves
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp paprika
1 tsp curry powder
Instructions: 1. Place chicken in baking dish.
2. Pierce in several places.
3. Set aside.
4. Mix remaining ingredients in a small bowl.
5. Pour over chicken, coating well.
6. Cover and chill 2 hours to overnight.
7. Preheat broiler.
8. Broil chicken pieces 5-6 inches from heat, turning occasionally, approximately 6 minutes per side, until cooked through.
