Spicy Island Chicken Recipe

Serves 4

In spite of its name, this is more flavorful than spicy. For a more fiery effect, use more curry powder.


  • 1 cup chicken, cooked
  • 2 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp curry powder
  • 2 tsp lime juice
  • 1 pk chicken-flavor noodles/sauce
  • 8 oz green beans, frozen
  • 1 tbsp coconut, flaked


1. Shred chicken.
2. Stir together water, garlic, curry, and lime juice.
3. Bring to boil, then stir in noodles and green beans.
4. Continue boiling over medium heat, stirring occasionally, 7 minutes or until noodles are tender.
5. Stir in chicken and coconut; heat through.
