Parmesan Chicken Recipe

Serves 6

You can also substitute 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper for black pepper to make the dish extra spicy!

Ingredients:

  • 6 boneless, chicken breast halves (about 2 pounds)
  • 2 tbsp parkay margarine, melted
  • 1/2 cup (2 oz) kraft 100% grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp each dried oregano leaves and parsley flakes
  • 1/4 tsp each paprika, salt and black pepper


  • Instructions:

    1. Heat oven to 400 degrees. Spray 15x10x1-inch baking pan with no-stick cooking spray.
    2. Dip chicken in margarine; coat with combined remaining ingredients.
    3. Place in prepared pan.
    4. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until tender.
