Magically Moist Chicken Recipe
Serves 4
Ingredients: 3 1/2 pounds chicken, cut in pieces
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 1/4 cups italian bread crumbs
Instructions: 1. Brush chicken on all sides with mayonnaise.
2. Place bread crumbs in large plastic food bag.
3. Add chicken 1 piece at a time; shake to coat well.
4. Arrange on rack in broiler pan.
5. Bake in 425 degree oven about 40 minutes or until golden brown and tender.
