Lime Chicken Recipe

Serves 6

Ingredients:

  • 6 chicken thighs
  • 2 tsp oil
  • 1 onion, med, chopped
  • 2 garlic clove, crushed
  • 1/4 tsp thai chile, dried, crushed
  • 1 tsp cumin, ground
  • 1 tsp coriander, ground
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 2 tsp soy sauce
  • Lime wedges


  • Instructions:

    1. Brown chicken in oil.
    2. Add the remaining ingredients in the order listed.
    3. Reduce the heat and simmer, covered, 15 to 20 minutes or until the chicken is tender.
    4. Serve with lime wedges.
