Lemon Herb Chicken Recipe
Serves 4 Ingredients: 1 can (145 oz) Swanson chicken broth
3 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp dried basil leaves, crushed
1 tsp dried thyme leaves, crushed
1/8 tsp pepper
4 chicken breast halves, skinned
Instructions: 1. In a bowl, mix broth, lemon juice, basil, thyme, and pepper.
2. Set aside.
3. Place chicken on lightly oiled grill rack over medium-hot coals.
4. Grill uncovered for 20 minutes, turning often.
5. Brush with broth mixture and grill 20 minutes more or until chicken is no longer pink, turning and brushing often with broth mixture.
