Hot Chicken Salad Recipe
Serves 10 Ingredients: 4 cup cold chopped chicken
2/3 cup finely cut chopped almonds
1 tsp salt
1 cup grated Cheddar cheese
3/4 cup cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 cup crushed potatoe chips
2 tsp lemon juice
3/4 cup mayonaise
1/2 tsp monsodium glutemate
2 cup chopped celery
2 pimentos cut fine
Instructions: 1. Combine all except cheese, chips and almonds.
2. Place in large rectangular dish.
3. Top with cheese, chip and muts.
4. Let stand overnight in refrig.
5. Bake 400 oven for 20-25 minutes.
