Garden Soup Recipe
Serves 10

Food Exchanges: 1 starch exchange.
Ingredients: 6 cups water
2 cups tomato juice
1 cup potato, peeled chopped
1 cup onion, chopped
1 cup lima beans
3/4 cup chicken, chopped cooked
1/2 cup carrots, sliced
1/2 cup celery, chopped
2 tbsp chicken bouillon granules, flavored
1 tsp garlic powder
1 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Instructions: 1. Combine all ingredients in a large Dutch oven.
2. Cover and bring to a boil.
3. Reduce heat and simmer 45 minutes to 1 hour.
4. Serve hot.
