Fettucini with Chicken and Spinach RecipeServes 4 to 6 Ingredients:Instructions:Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook according to package. Meanwhile, heat oil in large skillet and add shallot and garlic. Cook on med heat, 3 minutes. Add the sliced chicken breast and cook until chicken is brown and cooked through, about 8 minutes. Add broth, spinach, half and half and salt and pepper to taste. Drain pasta and add to skillet. Toss to coat and combine all ingredients for about 1 minute. Serve with lots of grated parmesano reggiano cheese. |
