Easy Baked Chicken Recipe
Serves 4
Nutritional values per serving: 500 calories, 58g protein, 46g carbohydrate, 8g fat, 140mg cholesterol, 410mg sodium.
Ingredients: 4 chicken breast halves, skinned
1/8 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp black pepper
1 can cream of broccoli soup
1/2 cup water
4 cup noodles, cooked, no salt
Instructions: 1. Spray 2-quart baking dish with food release; arrange chicken, bone side down, in dish.
2. Sprinkle with garlic powder and pepper.
3. Bake at 375 F for 30 min.
4. Combine soup and water, spoon over chicken.
5. Bake 30 min.
6. Or until chicken is no longer pink and juices run clear.
7. Serve with pasta.
