Chinese Chicken Wings Recipe

Makes 30

Ingredients:

  • 3 lbs chicken wings, tips removed
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1 clove garlic, mashed
  • 2 tbsp ketchup



  • Instructions:

    1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
    2. Cut chicken wings in half.
    3. Place in 9x12-inch shallow baking pan.
    4. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and vegetable oil.
    5. Combine remaining ingredients and blend well.
    6. Pour over chicken, coating evenly.
    7. Bake for 50 minutes.
    8. To make ahead, cover with aluminium foil and refrigerate. Increase baking time 20 minutes.
