Brown until golden. 5. Add apple juice and broth. 6. Cover; cook until tender, about 15 minutes. 7. Remove to platter; keep warm. 8. In small skillet, melt remaining butter. 9. Add apple slices. 10. Sprinkle with brown sugar. 11. Saute until tender crisp. 12. Reduce chicken liquid in skillet to 2/3 cup. 13. Add sour cream. 14. Season to taste. 15. Pour sauce over chicken. 16.
