Chicken Rosemary with Potatoes Recipe

Serves 4


  • 4 medium potatoes
  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons dried rosemary, crumbled


1. Slice potatoes 1/4 inch thick, and cook in microwave until tender (about 8 minutes).
2. Meanwhile, in large skillet, brown chicken and garlic in oil on high heat f about 5 minutes.
3. Add potatoes and rosemary; cook until potatoes are lightl browned.
4. Sprinkle with salt and pepper before serving.
