Beat eggs in a shallow dish. 6. Dip chicken into egg, then into the crumb mixture, coating both sides. 7. Heat oil in skillet. 8. Saute chicken until brown - about 3 minutes each side. 9. Remove to a warm platter. 10. Drain fat, Stir in wine scraping up brown residue until boil. 11. Pour over chicken. |
