Broiled Chicken with Garlic Recipe

Serves 4

Ingredients:

  • 2 1/2 pounds chicken, quartered
  • 6 cloves garlic
  • 3/4 tsp powdered rosemary
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Chicken bouillon


  • Instructions:

    1. Rub chicken with 2 pressed garlic cloves, and rosemary.
    2. Also rub with salt an d pepper.
    3. Let stand 30 minutes.
    4. Put chicken in broiler pan and coat top with bouillon.
    5. Sprinkle with 2 slivered garlic cloves.
    6. Add a little bouillon to pa n.
    7. Broil turning when half done.
    8. Coat top sides with bouillon and 2 more sliv ered garlics.
    9. Baste with pan drippings.
