Asparagus Chicken Recipe

Serves 6


  • Whole chicken breasts, halved
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 4 tsp butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 tsp Tabasco
  • 16 oz can of asparagus
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated


1. Brown the chicken in oil.
2. In a saucepan, add flour and salt to butter.
3. Stir in chicken broth and cook until thick.
4. Remove from heat; add cream and Tabasco.
5. Place asparagus in the bottom of a 9x13" casserole.
6. Arrange the chicken on top of the aspragus.
7. Pour sauce over the chicken and asparagus.
8. Sprinkle with cheese.
9. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
