Almond Grape Chicken Salad Recipe

Serves 4


  • 2 lbs chicken breasts, boned, skinned and cooked
  • 1 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup green grapes, halved
  • 1 1/4 cups toasted almonds
  • White pepper
  • Salt


1. Cut cooked chicken breast meat into 1/2-inch cubes and set aside.
2. Blend mayonnaise and sour cream in a bowl.
3. Season with salt and pepper as needed.
4. Add cubed chicken meat, grapes and almonds and mix lightly, coating chicken.
5. Stir gently until blended.
6. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
