Red Flannel Hash Recipe

Serves 4 to 6

Ingredients:

  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 tbsp butter or margarine
  • 2 cups chopped, cooked corned beef
  • 2 cups cubed, cooked potatoes
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cup chopped beets, with some juice


  • Instructions:

    1. Saute onion with butter.
    2. Add remaining ingredients and heat for 20 minutes.
    3. Just before serving, brown under broiler for 2 minutes.
    4. Serve with poached eggs and green salad.
