Red Flannel Hash Recipe - Printable Version Serves 4 to 6
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 tbsp butter or margarine
- 2 cups chopped, cooked corned beef
- 2 cups cubed, cooked potatoes
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup chopped beets, with some juice
1. Saute onion with butter.
2. Add remaining ingredients and heat for 20 minutes.
3. Just before serving, brown under broiler for 2 minutes.
4. Serve with poached eggs and green salad.
