Red Flannel Hash Recipe
Serves 4 to 6 Ingredients: 1 small onion, chopped
1 tbsp butter or margarine
2 cups chopped, cooked corned beef
2 cups cubed, cooked potatoes
1 tsp salt
1 cup chopped beets, with some juice
Instructions: 1. Saute onion with butter.
2. Add remaining ingredients and heat for 20 minutes.
3. Just before serving, brown under broiler for 2 minutes.
4. Serve with poached eggs and green salad.
