Green Tomato Minced Meat Filling Recipe
Instructions:1. Cover meat with water and simmer until tender.
2. Force meat, suet, tomatoes and apples through coarse food chopper.
3. Add remaining ingredients(except brandy) and simmer 1 hour, stirring frequently.
4. Fill 3 hot, sterilized 1 quart jars.
5. Place 2 tbsp brandy on top, if desired.
7. Store in cool place.
