Easy Steak and Spinach Salad Recipe
Serves 4 Ingredients: 1/2 to 1 lb leftover rare steak, sliced thin
2 to 3 cups washed, torn, fresh spinach
2 cups lettuce, Boston, Romaine butter crunch, torn
3 to 6 mushrooms, sliced
3 green onions, sliced diagonally
1/4 cup oil
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1 to 2 tsp sesame seeds
Instructions: 1. Slice beef into bite-size pieces.
2. Wash and dry greens.
3. Place greens in bowl with mushrooms.
4. In bottle, combine oil, wine vinegar, salt and pepper, garlic and minced onion.
5. Shake to combine.
6. Let sit.
7. Add beef to greens.
8. Pour on dressing.
9. Toss and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
