Bavarian Patties with Sauerkraut Recipe
Instructions:1. Mix all the ingredients together except the sauerkraut.
2. Shape the mixture into 6 patties, each about 3/4-inch thick.
3. Brown the patties in a large skillet over medium heat, turning once.
4. Drain off the excess fat.
5. Spoon the sauerkraut onto the patties.
6. Cover and simmer for about 15 minutes.
