Master Mix Muffins Recipe

Makes 12 muffins

Per Muffin: 58 Calories; 4 g Protein, 5.9 g Fat, 22 g Carb, 0.8 g Sat Fat, 1.4 g Mono, 3.4 g Poly, 0 Cholestrol, 321 mg Sodium.

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 3 cup master mix
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 2 egg whites


Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 425 F. 2. Add sugar to Master Mix.
3. Combine milk and egg whites.
4. Add to Master MIx, stirring until flour is just moistened.
5. Fill oiled muffin tins 2/3 full.
6. Bake for 20 mins.
