Honey Maid Graham Muffins Recipe

Makes 9 muffins

Ingredients:

  • 44 squares honey maid honey grahams, finely rolled (about 3 cups crumbs)
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • Powdered sugar glaze,(optional)


Instructions:

1. Mix crumbs, sugar and baking powder in medium bowl.
2. Stir in milk, egg and honey just until moistened.
3. Spoon batter into 9 greased 2 1/2-inch muffin-pan cups.
4. Bake at 400F for 15 to 18 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
5. Let stand 5 minutes; remove from pan.
6. Serve warm with powdered sugar glaze if desired.
