Italian Fried Knots Recipe
Instructions:1. Mix flour, salt, sugar, eggs, vanilla, butter and 1 tbsp water.
2. Let rest 1 hour.
3. Roll out quite thin.
4. Cut into strips. Tie into knots.
6. Mix honey, sugar and 1/4 cup water in a saucepan.
8. Bring to a boil then simmer until sugar is dissolved.
9. Remove from heat.
10. Dip fried knots into honey glaze.
11. Sprinkle with non-pareils and serve on platter.
