Honey-Ginger Snaps Recipe
Instructions:1. Preheat oven to 375F.
2. Cream honey, stick butter, cup sugar and an egg.
3. Sift together and add flour, baking soda, salt, ginger, cinnamon, cloves.
4. Chill one hour.
5. Roll level tablespoons of dough into balls and place 2 inches apart on greased cookie sheet.
6. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
