Basic Muffins Recipe
Makes 24 muffins Ingredients: 2 cup whole-wheat flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup honey
2 cups water, or nut milk
2 tbsp applesauce
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp mace
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp allspice
1/4 tsp ginger
Instructions: 1. Combine dry ingredients.
2. Combine wet ingredients.
3. Fold dry and wet ingredients together, until just moistened.
4. Spoon into lightly oiled or non-stick muffin tins.
5. Bake at 350 F for 30 minutes.
