Scotch Apple Pie Recipe
Instructions:1. Boil everything together but the soda crackers for one minute.
2. Add crackers and boil again for one minute.
3. Pour into regular pie crust.
4. Add topping before baking.
5. Topping: Mix together and add 1/4 cup melted butter.
6. Blend with fork until crumb consistency.
7. Sprinkle over filling.
8. Bake @ 425 degrees for 10 minutes, reducing temperature to 325 degrees and bake 15 minutes longer.
