Poodina Ki Chutney (Mint Chutney) Recipe

Makes 1 cup


  • Handful mint leaves, washed
  • 50 ml tamarind juice
  • 2 tsp chopped onions
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 cm ginger
  • 3 green chillies
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp sugar


1. Simply blend all the ingredients together until you have a smooth paste.
2. Can be stored in an airtight container in the rfrigerator for one week only.
