Fresh Mint Chutney Recipe

Makes 3/4 cup

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup lightly packed fresh mint leaves
  • 1/2 cup lightly packed fresh cilantro leaves
  • 1/2 cup coarsely chopped yellow onion
  • 3 small green onions, including tops
  • 1/2 jalapeno pepper
  • 3 tbsp water
  • 1 1/2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • Salt to taste


  • Instructions:

    1. Puree mint, cilantro, onion, green onion, jalapeno, water and lemon juice together in blender or food processor.
    2. Add salt.
    3. Serve.
