Makes 120 cookies



1. Preheat oven to 325F.
2. Cream butter with sugar.
3. Beat in eggs, molasses and vinegar.
4. Sift together and add flour, baking soda, ginger, cnnamon and cloves.
5. Mix until blended.
6. Form dough into 3/4-inch balls.
7. Bake on a greased cookie sheet for about 12 minutes.
8. As the ball melts down the characteristic crinkled surface.
