Sunny Garlic Chutney Recipe
Makes 2 1/2 cups Ingredients: 2 fresh garlic cloves
1 onion, diced
1 red pepper, diced
1 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup fresh ginger, minced
1 tbsp mustard seed
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
Instructions: 1. Coarsely chop garlic.
2. Combine all other ingredients and bring to a slow boil.
3. Reduce by 1/3, add garlic and cook for about 10 minutes.
4. Cool and serve.
